The panelists will address education equity and access, focusing on meeting students’ needs as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic. Topics will include but are not limited to segregation, access to technology, the school-to-prison pipeline, and academic outcomes for all students, including students with disabilities and limited-English-proficient students.

The Education Law and Policy Institute is a new initiative by NYLS’s Impact Center for Public Interest Law.
