Did you know 29.5% of New Yorkers are under 24! Together, We the YOUTH, You the People Advisory Council (DYCD), YVote, The Youth Action Members at Citizens Committee for Children, Young Idealist, Crew Count, We Build the Block, We Power, Intergenerational Change Initiative, MBSK, and many more, are compiling the #NYCYouthAgenda to make sure youth voices are heard by our new mayor. NYC youth are passionate about receiving adequate mental health care and educational/career services, achieving racial justice, having a say in government, climate change, gender equity, police presence in schools, and countless other pressing issues. We will be hosting a Mayoral Town Hall unlike any you’ve previously participated in. 

Why Should You Attend? 

During this intergenerational exchange, young people will challenge Mayoral Candidates to SHOW UP for YOU(th) and will discuss the #NYCYouthAgenda and why it matters. We the YOUTH will not be silenced!
